  1. RECLAIMING the MATRIXIAL

  2. THE MUNK MANIFESTO

  3. 1. We believe that humans require the primacy of the matrixial space and the recognition of the significance of the mother/child dyad for their formation.

    2. We are reclaiming the matrixial space of becoming as an irreplaceable, non replicable space.

    3. We contest and refuse to accept compromises to the matrixial space because we believe that ultimately technocratic advancements offer the disruption of this space and of the mother child dyad.

    4. Further, we believe that embracing the post-human accelerates the human species into extinction and dehumanisation. We contest that the terms 'more than human' and 'post human' are creatively and ethically binding notions.

    5. We believe that the child's voice should be the guide in the movement towards the possibility of the yet to be ethics of interrelationship. We consider the radical vulnerability of the infant/child as being the call to a radical ethical response.

    6. We stand for the voiceless in the process of forming and becoming, and as such, for us the human who drinks human milk represents the punk, the radical and the other in relation to the dominant systems of power.
